Through our family of services, we provide 3rd party accounts receivable management, merchant processing, process serving of legal documents, employment and tenant screening and, when available, suites to operate a business in our commercial building.

It’s easy. Simply go to our claim placement form and submit a claim. We will send you an acknowledgment through the mail letting you know it has been placed for collection. We also have online access and can accept .csv files.

You should set a company policy regarding this timing. Our clients find they seldom have luck collecting accounts that are more than 90 days past due. Therefore, we say placement of accounts at about 90 days is a good rule of thumb.

We carefully observe all federal and state laws regarding debt collection. The first contact is known as the validation period. If there is no dispute from the consumer, a series of notices and phone calls will begin.

Our fee is contingent on what we collect. If nothing is collected, nothing is charged. Our standard fees are 33 1/3% and 50% if legal action is required, but we pay all court costs, attorney fees and processor fees. CSC retains all interest after accounts are placed.
